Why Lifted Postpartum?

Rebuild on Purpose. Regain your Confidence.

Our postpartum strength program is tailored to the unique needs and challenges women face after childbirth, with a focus on safely rebuilding strength and muscle for new moms. These progressive strength training sessions are exclusive to postpartum women and are designed to support physical recovery and overall well-being in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. And you never have to choose between working out and being with your baby — moms are encouraged to bring their little ones to every class.

Every session is led by a certified pre/postnatal trainer who gives each member personalized attention, not a one-size-fits-all workout. Your coach meets you at your fitness level and works with common postpartum concerns, creating a nurturing environment where you can rebuild at your own pace and get stronger with every class.
